The Gerald Hardy Memorial Society is a non-profit organization providing jobs skills and work experience to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health concerns. “It is the mission of the Gerald Hardy Memorial Society to assist adults in learning meaningful life skills.”
We offer Employment training and job support within the community. Referrals accepted within.
In May, 2011, the Society proudly opened its doors to their Thrift Store full of quality clothing for everyone in the family, shoes, household items, books, CD’s, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, audio books, games. We graciously accept donations. Please phone us at 885-2300 prior to dropping off.

Drop into our Visitor Information Centre
The MacPhee House Museum in Sheet Harbour is situated next to the Water Falls and is a Visitor Information Centre and a museum of Sheet Harbour History. The history of the Sheet Harbour Area can be found in and outside the MacPhee Building. Behind MacPhee House is a lovely walking path that takes you past what is left of the old mill that once resided there.
